• Programs must have a Director/Coordinator, with an Associate's Degree, a NYS School Age Credential, the NYS Program Administrator's Credential or 2 years college with 18 credits in a related field.
  
  
• Head Teachers/Group Leaders and assistant teachers must also meet minimum educational and experience requirements.
  
  
• All staff for school-age children must complete a minimum of 30 hours of in-service training every two years.
