We have made it easier than ever to contribute to Child Care, Inc. You can GIVE NOW using our secure online server, mail us a check, give us a call, or simply drop by our offices. Also, please remember to ask your employer about a Matching Gift program.
- Corporations
GRANTS: CCI accepts one-year and multi-year grants for general operating support and for various programs such as the Family Child Care Entrepreneurship Program, the School Age Quality Enhancement Initiative, or our Early Literacy Initiative.
SPONSORSHIP & EVENTS: We offer numerous sponsorship opportunities to interested corporations that, in return, receive benefits such as listings in invitations, journals, newsletters, and signage on our website and at our annual event. Child Care, Inc. is the recognized leader in the early care and education fields in New York City, and that brings added value to our corporate partners.
- Gifts in Kind
CCI also accepts gifts that help us do our job better, such as computers or software that are up to date with current technology. If we are unable to accept your gift, we may be able to direct you to one of our clients or another organization whose need matches your gift.
CCI is also always looking for talented volunteers to help us ensure that every child can receive the best early learning and care opportunities possible. We offer both short and long-term volunteer commitments to anyone interested in early learning and child care issues including:
- Internships
Interested college students may apply for a seasonal internship with either our finance, policy, or development/fundraising departments. Accepted applicants will work closely with department leaders and gain hands-on experience in their chosen course of study.
- Committee Memberships
CCI organizes numerous committees throughout the year to assist in fundraising, event planning, marketing, website development, and networking support. Professionals interested in short-term, high-impact volunteer experiences are welcome to become committee members.
- Board of Directors Membership
Child Care, Inc.’s Board of Directors is a group of dynamic, senior-level professionals from a wide range of fields. We believe that this particular volunteer opportunity truly lets an individual “give what you know” to make the strongest impact possible for our organization and community-at-large. Board Members are intricately involved in helping Child Care, Inc. bring its mission to fruition by heading various committees (see above) and participating in strategic and financial planning.
