A record number of parents with very young children today are in the workforce. In fact, more than half of the infants and toddlers in the United States spend time in child care each week. The Better Baby Care Campaign New York City is an effort to improve the quality of care for children under age three. This clearinghouse provides information and support to New York’s caregivers and parents of infants and toddlers. Where possible, we have included linkages to resources statewide.
